The greatest science fiction film of all time, against which all other science fiction films must be measured. A warning about technology wrapped in a tale about the evolution of humanity from the dawn of man to our journey to the stars is all one can ask for in a science fiction epic and more.
Though I think I enjoy the final sequence more than most, my only gripe with the film is that I think it could do with a little less psychadelia.
